Hello zaooer38,

I have good news, I fixed the problem myself, there was a misconfiguration, sure enough for the car that had BT/VC I just had to change the architecture in APIM to CGEA 1.3. By default I had C1MCA set. Everything works on the old ACM as well as the new one(USA).

Will try step by step, to copy the AsBuilt from the previous ACM, the problem is that the ACM from BVC does not convert the sound from sync 1.1 although it is possible to connect. With the ACM from Focus mk3 FL USA, it works fine, the only problem is that the sound stops when the ignition is turned on. I checked the wires as you say, and there is no yellow wire to ACM, there is a yellow wire in APIM but to the microphone and the one that goes to the FCDIM display. Here on the site, I found how one user put out a plug with this color scheme but this yellow wire is ACM power + and the other connected is MS CAN + communication.

1 is + 12 V
2 is pin 14 ( can + )
3 is 15 pin ( can - )
4 is ground

@zappero38 thanks for your suggestion but there is no wire of yellow color in ACM for that there is a wire of such color in FCDIM. Are you sure you meant ACM?

Almost every thing is working but i have a sound issue when ignition or engine is on sound goes off as i put it off sound comes back and when i switch the old ACM sound works correctly but i can’t hear the car’s and people voice talking to me although they do hear me.
I don’t know if it’s a programming or wiring issue?

I did the same thing but I have FCDIM, ACM, ICP from FOCUS from USA. I configured everything correctly in AsBuilt but the problem I have is that everything works but when I turn on the engine so called ignition (start/stop button) the sound from the speakers stops but VoiceControl works.

Have you had a similar problem or do you know where the problem might be? Is the interference on the LIN, Can?

I set up a sync 1.1 from ford focus mk3 FL on a 2011 model with a novero module.
The only problem I have is that all the sound works without turning on the engine, after pressing the button (START/STOP)the sound stops working. The modules are configured correctly, I don't know if there is some interference on CAN or LIN.

Has anyone had a similar problem?

Hello,

I have a few questions, the display for my FCDIM (MFD5) is breaking down and I don't want to replace it as I don't use the navigation anyway.
I have a 2011 model which is with BT/VC but have decided to replace it with a sync 1 from a 2015 F1ET which I have partially completed.
I need to select the correct APIM for this and the type of wires I need to buy to connect this to the APIM and the rest of the components. ( now I know that it can be any D1BT-14D212-XX)
Will the wiring description be the same for sync 1 as described above for sync3?
Have any of you done this modification before?
Does anyone have a diagram for sync 1 with colour screen for ford focus mk3 FL?
Does it need to replace the whole harness or is it enough to rework the old wires?

Universe - Is there any other option that will help in this situation?
Is there any function that forces the camera to run, including reverse gear? I will add that I have an R5 manual gearbox.

the chineese camera will work correctly BUT it needs to flash the LCD with one of the modified software. One of them iwas made by Quickie (presented in ADS) and the second by DarkLeo (presented in UCDS).

At this point, I purchased an FF mk3 with a 95 HP engine. Now I know that unfortunately, it is not enough, I would like to add at least to 115 HP.
Before I start the software change process, I need to ask some questions.

There is 95PS software in my car: BV61-14C204-SP
Probably correct for 115PS:
BV61-14C204-NP <-- I suppose that this file will be 100% correct - VBF / I am asking you for confirmation.

*In the topic above, have I found the correct file?
*The gearbox is a manual B6, can it matter?
*Will it matter that the Focus has a keyless system?
*Is it just enough to load the VBF file with UCDS and is there any instruction on this forum?
*Will I need an ABT file for forscan to set up these blocks?
